HI THERE! My name’s Alexia. As a former competitive gymnast, Fitness and health have been a foundational part of my lifestyle. The gym and working out became my way of staying mobile and functioning after a career ending full disc herniation circa 2014.

I’ve had upwards of 15 procedures since then, including a spinal fusion of my L5S1 in 2016, and a Fusion removal in 2020.

My fusion left me in debilitating pain for years. The cause? A Misplaced pin into my central nerve route. Consequently i had a removal of my fusion. I now live with permanent nerve damage, but have endless gratitude for my health after the journey i’ve been on.

  • Each workout in my plans are curated to be as minimal impact, and stress on the lower back as possible. That being said, Every body is different. It is incredibly important to listen to yours. It’s crucial to speak to a MD or specialist about any pain, or injury concerns before completing any movements/exercises.

  • No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my follow along classes are for you. For the downloadable guides it will be important to have basic understanding of fitness/workout terminology. It is also important to understand exercise form, and making changes when necessary.
